Digital Downloads

When purchasing a download pack, please note that we send out the download links manually. We have taken this measure to safeguard against fraudulent activity.

All orders are screened and subjected to detailed security checks. Once these measures are concluded and we are satisfied with the order, then the download link will be emailed directly to your email address that was used to place the order.

Please be considerate when ordering internationally, as the time difference may mean that our offices are closed. In this instance, the manual delivery method may take longer.

Cd and Cd rom purchases

All cds and cd roms are dispatched the following working day after ordering.

We offer two types of delivery - standard and express. Details are as follows:

Standard Delivery

UK Mainland - £1.99 per CDROM, 2-3 working days

Europe - £4.99 per CDROM, 3-5 working days

USA - £4.99 per CDROM, 5-7 working days

Rest of World - £4.99 per CDROM, 6-10 working days

Express Delivery

UK Mainland - £4.99 per CDROM, 1 working day

Europe - £14.99 per CDROM, 2-3 working days

USA - £14.99 per CDROM, 2-3 working days

Rest of World - £19.99 per CDROM, 3-5 working days
